End of Lease Cleaning

The End of Lease clean is a meticulously detailed clean to ensure the Tenant's bond is returned.

 

This service includes:

• Vacuuming & mopping (where applicable) throughout

• Dusting / wiping skirtings and windowsills to all rooms

• Tops of door frames & window frames to all rooms

• Bathrooms cleaned – mirror, vanity, bathtub, shower screen and tiles, fronts of vanity cupboard, exhaust fan cover

• Toilets cleaned

• Kitchen –benchtop, splashback, stove top, rangehood, fronts of cupboards, sink, deep oven clean (where requested)

• Bedrooms - skirtings, windowsills, floors, wardrobes (where requested)

• Laundry – fronts of cupboards, benchtop, splashback, sink

• Wipe tops of fans and light shades to all rooms

• Minor wall & door marks (if major/many marks this may incur an extra cost but would be discussed)

• Inside and outside windows and glass doors, including the tracks (optional)
